Eight school-leavers are on the verge of a new start in their lives. Following their final examinations, they go looking for a full moon party in the Mediterranean. One by one, they are faced with important decisions that will change the course of their lives.
Hans Nijboer (Cas Jansen), son of a rich entrepreneur, is allowed after completing his final exams to spend a week sailing his father's yacht in the Mediterranean with his friends. However, Hans' father sets the condition that he bring his freewheeling brother Ties (Daan Schuurmans) back with him, to then start work together in the family business. Ties is the skipper on board, and likes his freedom.
When the two brothers meet, a great deal changes for Hans. Ties shows Hans another side of life, which gives Hans the courage to make choices for himself - like his brother.
